The Burnside Desktop Mobile name was our attempt to try and explain what a Fixed Cellular Terminal was to the man in the street. Since then Burnside has added more fixed cellular terminals and also desktop cellular telephones to its product range. So the 'Desktop Mobile' name is used as part of the new name for our fixed cellular telephones.
