Firmware Updating - Robson PBX

How to update firmware on a Robson microPBX using a Windows PC.

Requirements:
Windows PC with Robson Windows Application Version xxx? or higher and be connected via a serial cable to Robson.

Steps:
Save the update files into a new folder on your PC.
Unzip both files into the same folder.
Double click the unzipped update file.
The Robson Windows Update application should open.
Browse to the folder containing the update files and select and open file with a37 extension.
Click Load and new firmware starts to update.
When finished exit Update program.
To check that Robson firmware is updated correctly; launch Windows application. Click on Help - About Robson and firmware, windows versions and serial number are shown. If you are asked for a key code and you don't have it call Robson Support on 08 700 ROBSON [762766].
